Refund policy

Because every piece is handmade and one of a kind, I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns & exchanges — I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Message me to start a return.

Return shipping — Buyers cover return shipping, and original shipping costs aren't refundable. If a piece arrives damaged or isn't as described, I'll cover it.

Refunds — Once your return arrives and I've confirmed its condition, I'll refund your original payment within 3–5 business days.

Custom & commissioned pieces — Made-to-order work is built just for you, so these are final sale. I'll work closely with you throughout so we get it right before it ships.

If it arrives damaged — Message me within 5 days with a photo and I'll make it right: repair, replacement, or refund.

A note on natural wood — Small variations in grain, color, and figure are the nature of handmade wood — they make each piece unique and aren't defects.

Can't be returned — Custom/personalized orders, gift cards, and used cutting or serving boards (for food-safety reasons).
