Roasted coffee beans crowd the full length of this pen, cast in black resin flecked with white — the densest pour of the roast series. Laura cast the blank herself and turned it so the lathe sliced some beans clean through, opening their interiors to the light. The scent survived the process: hold it close and the roast is still there.
Every bean is where it fell and will stay there indefinitely.
